Anatomy → Anatomy is the branch of medical sciences which deal with study of normal structure, shape, size and location of Various organ of the body.
Physiology → Physiology is the branch of medical science which deal with study of normal function of various organ of the body.
Example of Anatomy → Shape of the heart, weight of the heart, location of the heart.
Example of Physiology →
- Formation of urine
- Hearing process
- Respiration process
Anatomical Terms
(1). Anterior → In from (सामने)
(2). Posterior → In behind (पीछे)
(3). Superior → Towards the top of the head (ऊपर की और)
(4). Inferior → Towards the feet (नीचे की ओर)
(5). Base → आधार या समतल
(6). Apex → Narrow part
(7). Lateral → To side of, or away from, the middle the body.
(8). Middle → A middle part
(9). Internal → Inside part
(10). External → Out side part
(11). Flexion – जहां पर bone का angle कम होता है, उसे flexion कहते है।
(12). Extension → जहां पर bone angle ज्यादा होता है।
(13). Abduction → Body port को midline से दूर ले जाना।
(14). Adduction → Body port को midline से पास ले जाना।
